A ROLE MODEL IN THE CAPITAL OF YACHTING
Founded in 1953 by Prince Rainier and presided by HSH the Sovereign Prince Albert II since 1984, Yacht Club de Monaco is an exclusive private Club which unites 2,500 members from 79 nationalities.
They include 800+ owners of superyachts (40m+), 37 of which are among the world’s 100 largest yachts. All members enjoy the facilities of a Clubhouse, designed by Lord Norman Foster, inaugurated in 2014, overlooking the Rocher and main harbour, Port Hercule.
As part of its public service remit, YCM is a driving force behind the ‘Monaco Capital of Yachting’ project to make the Principality a centre of excellence and innovation in the luxury yacht sector.
